The Central Alberta Sox are a premier baseball training program offering skill development for all ages and levels of play. From our Little Sluggers to our High Performance Academy, we are dedicated to developing athletes and providing clear pathways to success.
Our coaching staff has over 100 years of collective experience and is dedicated to helping our athletes reach their goals.
Our home, The Dome Red Deer, is a world class, 107,000 sq/ft turfed facility with a full strength/ conditioning, and athletic therapy team – all inhouse.
The High Performance Academy, established in 2024, is a nine month program that operates daily starting at 1pm during the school year. Our student athletes receive school credit for attending and share the common goal of pursuing collegiate and/or professional baseball.

THE DOME
The Central Alberta Sox Baseball Academy trains at The Dome Red Deer, a state-of-the-art indoor sports facility in Red Deer County. This premier venue offers year-round training opportunities with its full-size turf field, batting cages, and modern fitness amenities.
The Dome provides an ideal environment for athletes to develop their skills, regardless of weather conditions, ensuring consistent, high-quality training throughout the year.
